Affordable Housing and Residential Development and Contracted  services:

NAICS 531110 - Lessors of Residential Buildings and Dwellings.

Riverside County California Workforce Housing  AGX partners have extensive experience and expertise in assessing communitywide housing resources and developing strategies to increase affordable housing options for individual Veterans and their families experiencing homelessness both locally and on a national scale. Our program uses Contracted Residential Services in community locations to engage homeless Veterans who have been underserved. Our community-based supportive services for eligible Veterans who are homeless include outreach services; care, treatment, and rehabilitative services, including case management services; and therapeutic transitional housing assistance under 38 U.S.C. 2032 in conjunction with Work Therapy under 38 U.S.C. 1718.

The Model:
Our Site-based developments can help facilitate community by providing “decent, safe, and sanitary” housing, activities, and socialization that meet HUDVASH housing quality standards (24 CFR 982).

The planning and partnership required to create project-based units allow AGX (the property owner and developer) to agree on the program entry requirements and ensure that appropriate services are available to meet the needs of the targeted Veteran population. Veterans desire community, enjoy communal environments, and seek “decent, safe, and sanitary” housing at an affordable cost.

All AGX Housing units meet the minimum performance requirements and acceptability criteria for each of the 13 key housing quality regulations found at 24 CFR 982. The program will operate in a manner that is consistent with the Housing First principles of the HUD-VASH program and offer Veterans choice and person-centered care in housing and services to include the following:  Adaptive Reuse, Motel Conversions, Land-use Expertise, Project Management, Permanent Supportive Housing, Project-based Subsidies, Board and Care Facilities, Interim Housing, Non-profit Master Leasing, Schematic design for supportive services, Budget Estimating, Budget Analysis, Site Selection, Site Feasibility, Assessments, Buyer Representation, Feasibility Studies, Emergency Shelters, Seller Representation.

  • AGX will provide effective affordable housing, case management, and property management services to ensure apartments and building facilities will be operational and maintained properly.
  • Section 8 PBV rental housing project with existing infrastructure and support ready and available, with the capacity to quickly integrate HUD-VASH units.
  • SDVOSB AGXLLC and Pathways to Housing Institute Proven Service Providers (Wraparound)
  • A Veterans’ board or committee will provide Veterans with the opportunity to organize and develop activities for residents, have a voice in their community, and communicate with project management and service providers about preferences, concerns, and needs.
  • AGX sites have space for a centralized community center and recreational activities and support, such as walking groups, meditation, coffee/social mixers, grocery runs, game days, canine companion days, or field trips.
  • AGX LLC Coordinates with Housing Specialists, HUD VASH, BH/SA, PHA’s, and social agencies.
  • AGXLLC will facilitate behavioral change: drug dependency, and barriers to positive change.
  • Each unit is equipped with a Circolo touchscreen fitness mirror that brings a range of health and wellness professionals directly into the veteran's home. The vertically integrated platform allows for an intimate approach with our Circolo Partners. No matter where you are on your fitness journey, Circolo allows you to choose a fitness professional and connect to their HUDVASH  appointments to help them live healthy and happy life.
